We are switching many clinic appointments to phone visits and rescheduling any visits we can. If you have a scheduled visit, your care team will call you.

  • Online: MyWellness Patient Portal is a secure DHS webpage where you can email your doctor, access your lab results, and read your doctor’s notes. If you are not signed up, Enroll Now.

Los Angeles Health Services has a new COVID-19 Nurse Advice Call Line: 844-804-0055. It’s available from 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days per week.

The test for COVID-19 is free. Call your clinic or the COVID-19 Nurse Advice Line at 844-804-0055 for medical advice. Currently, we are testing patients who have symptoms. To schedule an appointment at a county test site, go to

If you have an urgent need, our Urgent Cares are available. It is okay for you to come in. If you have symptoms or questions about COVID-19, please call 844-804-0055 first.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.

  • In-person: You can pick up at your pharmacy.
  • By mail: You can also get a 3-month supply with most medicines. Call 213-288-8480 or ask your pharmacy for more information.
