Adult / Family Medicine (Primary Care)
Adult / Family Medicine is a form of primary care for adults. Primary care services are provided during a doctor’s visit, such as treatment for common illness or ongoing care for a chronic condition, like diabetes.

Geriatric Medicine (Primary Care)
Geriatric Medicine is a form of primary care for older adults. Services are designed to improve the function, independence, quality of life and well-being of adults as they age, with health care provided by an interdisciplinary geriatric medicine team.
Our pharmacies are conveniently located in our facilities. We offer many ways to help you get the medicine you need to stay healthy, save time and money.
Rehabilitation medicine restores functional ability to those with physical impairments or disabilities resulting from stroke, brain, or spinal cord injuries.
Specialty care refers to higher-level services provided by physicians who are “specialists” in their field. These services require a referral from your primary care provider.
